A Very big thankyou to Andy for organising the Morrisons bag pack day today.
It was an amazing fundraising day and the display in the foyer got some positive feedback and interest in some dogs.
Can't believe how busy it was and the amount of money the generous public threw in the buckets. Me & Kirstie really enjoyed it and after 5 hours we were knackered and i has a 3 hour kip this afternoon.
Once again Andy thankyou , and the t-shirts were brilliant ;D
and thankyou to everyone that turned up and helped make this a success.
fingers crossed for a good total. ;D

I am thrilled that it was such a success and definitely worth the effort ..waiting eagerly for the total. Of course it would never have worked without the support from the rest of the "Old Bag Team". So my grateful appreciation goes to; Neil and Kirsty, Amelia, Barbara, Mark, Dave, Annalise, Ben, Shell, Chris, Nicky, Declan, Tracy and Karen. Also thanks to my mate Matty for pushing our cause with the store and helping me to fix it up, Carolyn at Morrison's for permission to do it, the staff at the store who were helpful and fun all day, the customers who spoke so kindly about BARK and the effort we had made, and most importantly the hundreds of Morrison's shoppers who put their pennies, pounds and notes in our collection. Thank You. Andy

A BIG Massive Thank You to Andy and his wife Karen for organising such a fantastic fundraising event! Also BIG Thank You's to every one who turned up and made this event happen. After 2 hours of counting money on my living room floor I am pleased to inform you all that a whopping £820.04 was raised! ;D Also.....Andy kindly donated the money that was collected in from the T-shirt sales, which was £65.00. Many, many Thanks once again Andy. This makes the GRAND TOTAL- £885.04. ;D This is fantastic and will pay off a hefty lump of the vet bill which we have at the moment. Once again, Many, many Thanks.

Wow...what a brilliant total raised! well worth standing for hours looking at the rubbish some people eat. I would've been checking out all the singles - microwave meals for 1 Modified to say: I would've tried to convince them to eat better - no so I was on the pick up...if you know what I mean!
