We do not have anyone tthat comes that far to the rescue, everyone who comes, is local. Do you not have a friend or relative that drives, and that would come with you?

I might be able to come for a few hours next week to do some walking if you'll have me, how much notice do you need that I can come?

If you are coming to walk just turn up after 11-30 - no notice needed There will always be 25ish dogs happy to see you and you just have to decide who you take out

aha...I know Bingham and Cotgrave very well (shhhhh but its all to do with the ex husband and the ex in laws) So I do pop over to see friends that keep intouch from the 'old life' so to speak, thats was why I was at Shepherd the other week...
We popped in Christmas Eve and whilst my Andy stood and mocked Chris and attempted to wind Annalise up, I washed the bowls - puppy poop/dog spit all over the base - NICE!
What was lovely was the ammount of people popping in on Christmas Eve leaving cards with donations and bringing gifts - I did washing up whilst Chris & Annalise were running backwards and forwards to the bell on the gate!!! lol
helenS what ever time you can spare or any type of fundraising, always believe it very welcomed ! Elaine and the Gang do a hard and tiring job and relish a new face with a smile and eager hands ready to grasp the end of a lead! Good Luck and have fun !
