I found a lovely male staffy on Thursday (14th) afternoon when walking my hounds in Olton Jubilee Park, off Lyndon Road, Solihull. He is mainly brindle with a white bib, half a white head, brindle eye patch, one white ear and one brindle, a tiny white tip on his tail and white paws. He was very well adjusted, Ruby told him off (as she would as he is a boy and Ruby doesn't do boys at all) and Sammy gave him a bit of a grrrr and when she realised he was not bothered they then both had a lovely play time together. It took me a while to earn his trust to slip a lead around his neck but once I did he pulled a little and then soon settled into walking by my side. Handed him to the dog warden so is now at Birmingham Dogs Home. I just hope his owners are looking for him as I would hate to have handed him a death sentence by handing him in. Fingers crossed he is reclaimed.

That's good news! A nice socialised staffy boy with owners who care about him. They do exist! Even a collar with a phone number on would have save a lot of trouble for all concerned wouldn't it?
